At Polymaker, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printing materials and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all filaments are sealed and hardware components are protected to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
